Refund & Return Policy

At Eoptimum Enterprise, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our process for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Perishable, customized, or clearance items may not be eligible.
2. Process for Returns

Approved returns must be shipped back with proof of purchase.
Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless due to our error.
3. Refunds
Once we inspect the returned product, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank/payment gateway.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping.
If already dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
