Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Standard delivery timelines range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Express shipping (where available) may be subject to additional charges.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or minimum order values.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check real-time status.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, re-delivery charges may apply.
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@eoptimumenterprise.com with photos/videos of the package.
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
